Cons: Slow to make repairs, and never did repairs properly. Regular infestations of roaches & drain flies. Mold problems in the basement units. Repeatedly tried to say my rent was late & tried to charge me late fees, even when I had proof my rent check had been delivered on time. Pros: Rent was cheap for the area.
