Building company sucks as repairs still haven't been done 5 years later. Rent is really good for a 1 bedroom at around 850/month. The actual live in building managers are great and the neighbors for the most part mind their own business. They allow pets and they're not to bad when it comes to noise. Location is good. All in all 7/10
