I’ve honestly been really happy at Modern on M. All maintenance requests are completed quickly, no vermin issues, I don’t even hear my neighbors at all (though I’m on the bottom floor of a corner unit so). My rent renewal wasn’t crazy high, and the property is just beautiful with lots of amenities.
